Ms. Javan joined RHM LAW LLP in 2024 after almost ten years of experience with boutique bankruptcy firms in Southern California and almost five years of experience as outside in-house counsel for financial institutions, particularly credit unions. Ms. Javan has represented Debtors, Creditors, and Trustees in and has experience with Chapter 7, 9, 11, 12, and 13 proceedings, as well as Assignments for Benefit of Creditors, receiverships, and out-of-court workouts.
